The first episode of “The Next Internet Millionaire was released a couple of days ago. The show is an internet marketing reality show created by Joel Comm which twelve contestants compete against each other to win the ultimate prize of $25, 000 and an exclusive joint venture with Joel.

I thought the show was very well put together and I have learned a lot of things from watching it. Looking forward for the next episode!

Most people don’t realize that being an eBay affiliate can be a gold mine. From my own experience, being an eBay affiliate can bring you a better income than Google Adsense.

My best strategy to send visitors to eBay is by directing them to an interesting auction page. When I do this, I usually mask the eBay affiliate link so it looks more attractive to the visitors. Masking the link can be difficult for you newcomers, but I created an eBay affiliate tool can make their life a little easier.

Here is a step by step on how to use the tool

1) Enter your CJPID number (you must have account with them and also be approved to affiliate for eBay)
2) Find an interesting eBay auction and paste the link in the text field
3) Create a text for your link
4) Create the link and copy the code!

Every web entrepreneurs know that the hardest part about working on the internet is keeping focus on your daily tasks. By writing down a checklist in my daily job journal, I am more effective in getting my job done in each day. Don’t rely on your brain to remember all the things that need to be done each day. Trust me, you will forget something! Go buy a daily journal and start writing a checklist for your daily job for each day.

Being the top commentator on a blog can give you many benefits. Here are some reasons why you should be the top commentator on the top blogs on the internet:
1. Traffic- Being the top commentator can drive traffic to your site. Find a blog that receives high amount of traffic and start making comments in the blog. Post as many comments (don’t spam) as you can and you will make it on the blogs top commentator list. A site that brings in 10,000 visitors/day can help drive some good traffic to your site.

2) Backlinking- Find a blog that reward  commentators with top commentators post at the end of each month. John Chow dot com thanks his top commentator at the end of each month by posting a thank you top commentator post in his blog. Being in his post will give you a permanent backlink to his site.

3) Increase Page Ranking- Being top commentator on high Page Ranking blogs can increase your Page Ranking on your site. Find blogs with PR4+  and become the top commentator on the blogs. Having higher Page Ranking can give you better placement in Google search engine searches.

Google is coming out with new page ranking updates at the end of the month. I am currently doing some backlinking tasks to increase my PR. My Google PR is currently at 1 and hopefully at the next update I hope to be at PR4+.

I received a few more emails from my readers asking me how they can have an ebay affiliate linked to a specific auction. So I am going to give a step by step instructions on how to do it.

1) Find the auction you want to send your visitors to and get the url.

2) Now you need to visit to create your affiliate link at the eBay’s flexible destination page. 1) Insert your CJ PID number 2) Input your eBay auction link here 3) leave black and 4) click on make your affiliate link!

3) Copy the (2)” link only” link.

4) Input the link into the affiliate link masking software (download here on my site for free) and type in text link you would link to be displayed and then click on cloak link. Copy code and paste it on your site and then you are done!

When building websites and trying to optimising it by yourself can be exhausting for one person. But if you have a second hand to do the little dirty work for you while you concentrate on more important things, it can lift huge a weight off your shoulder. So I came up with some ways you can use your girlfriend (other than for sex) to help you make money online. Warning: this will not work for all relationships!

1. Summit to directories- Get her to submit to directories so you have more backlinks and get a high Google Page ranking.

2. Post Comments- Tell your girlfriend to go post comment in as many blogs or forums as she can. It’s a lot better than using a spam robot. Posting comments in bigger blogs will give you good backlinks and drive some traffic to your site. Being the top commentator in a big blog will also help a lot.

3.  Proofread- Having your girlfriend proofread your writting is a good idea. It minimize spelling errors and grammar mistakes.

4.  Submit to Social Sites - After every post or article you wrote, tell your girlfriend to submit it to sites like Digg.com, Netscape, Shoutwire, Reddit etc. Submitting to these social sites can drive traffic to your site and also create good backlinks. Who knows maybe one of your article could make the front page.

5. Motivator- Get your girlfriend to push you to work harder everyday.

6. Check-up- Have your girlfriend to check up on your blog or site everyday. Make a bet with her, if you miss posting content in a day because you were lazy, tell her to cut you off for week or until you make up for it.

7. Have a competition- If your GF is also into web work, have a competition to see who makes the most money at the end of each month.

8. Use her Picture- If you have a hot GF, use her picture to start a blog. Everyone knows sex sells! Just by putting a hot picture of your GF as the blog author can drive many geeks to her (your) site. Look what it done to Jane May’s Blog. Every male geek (even me) was flocking to her blog.

9. Refresh- Tell your GF to download a Alexa Toolbar and then visit your site and tell her to keep refreshing on your page. Doing this will give you a higher Alexa ranking and will look respectable to visitors.

10. Message- We all know how our work can be stressing. Tell your GF to give you a back message while you work.

11. Excuse - There’s time when the boys want to go out for a beer but you would rather stay home and work online. Use your GF as an excuse by saying it’s your anniversary or some special occasion.

When it comes to building a web page to make money online, it can be hard to do. But maybe if I give you some tips on how to make money online and relate it to sex maybe you’ll understand it better.

Size Does Matter- Most women will say the bigger the better. So get your site to be bigger, keep adding new contents every day and you notice the amount traffic coming to your site.

First Time- Getting your first Adsense Check is like losing your virginity.  It might not be the best the first time, but the next it will be better. All you have to do is work harder at it.

Time - Building a site takes time just like when you are having sex. The more time you put into it, the more pleasurable it will be. It will take time before you even start making good money.

Be Stubborn and Never Give up - Many guys who get laid often are the guys who are stubborn and never give up. They may get rejected 99% of the time but when they do hit that 1%, they hit a Gold Mine. You should be that guy when building your sites. Keep building them, and most of them will fail but soon or later you will hit that Gold Mine.

Groupie- Having a swing party is like joining community sites like Digital Point. Swapping wife’s with different partners is like swapping ideas on Digital Point Forum.  There’s always something new to learn.

Uniqueness and Creativity- Having boring sex is like building a boring site. Be creative and build something that is unique that’ll keep visitors coming back for more.

Set Realistic Goals - Setting a goal that you will bang 5 girls in one night is like setting a goal to make $300/day in your first month. Be realistic on setting your goals and take it one step at a time.

Too Old: You’re never too old to have sex is like you’re never too old to make money online. Viagra is like John Chow’s or Aaron Wall’s eBook. They will both help you get it going.

Backlinking-Having hundreds backlinks to your site is like having hundred of girls’ numbers in your phone book. The more you have the better you are optimised.

Spam - Just think of spamming is like cheating on your girlfriend. It’s right there and you want to do it! But if do decide to do it, don’t over do it because eventually you will get caught. And the punishment can be devastating.

Negative Comments- Getting negative comments on your site or blog is like your ex-girlfriend talking smack about you. Just ignore it and use it as a fuel to prove them wrong.

Diversify your web income- When you go clubbing with your friends, don’t expect to take home the first girl you meet. The more girls you meet the better the chances of you taking one home. Do the same for your website, don’t just rely on Adsense to bring you in the money. Add other ad networks to diversify and increase your income. Other network includes: Kontera, CJ, Text-Link-Ad, Azoogle.

When I wrote a post on “Make Money as an eBay Affiliate”,  I had few emails asking me questions on how to mask affiliate links and how do I find unique auctions to write about.

To tell you the truth, I am horrible when it comes to web coding. I only know basic HTML, enough to get my sites up and running.  I usually hire the experts to do the harder stuff for me. Don’t let your poor coding skills stop you from making money online.

Someone had emailed me asking me to elaborate more on “Affiliate Link Masking”. I am no expert to write a code, so I use a software that automatically create a masking link for me. It’s a free software and you can download it here on my site.

Finding a unique interesting auction can be time consuming. To save you some time, here are some links that will help you find what you are looking for.

In my previous post, I stated that affiliate commissions was bringing  me in the most revenue at the end of each month. Well it’s true. Being an eBay Affiliate through CJ is bringing me more revenue than Google Adsense.

Putting eBay banners on your site doesn’t neccessarily mean you are going to have the same success as I am. But there are some techniques that I use that may help you.

Linking to unique interesting auctions is the best technique to send visitors to eBay. When you describe about an interesting auction on eBay, high percentage of visitors will click on the link to check out the auction. If the visitor buys something off eBay within the next 7 seven day, you will get a cut (50% to 75%) out of eBay’s commission from that sale. And also if the visitor is  a new eBay sign-up, you will also get $25 to $35 per new active referral. 

Here is an example of something I would write about.

Title: Bob Barkers Sold on eBay for $20,000

Description: With the retirement of Bob Barker from the hit game show “The Price is Right”, his microphone was auctioned off on eBay and was sold for $19,919.08. Dave Ryan, from a radio station KDWB, was the lucky bidder for the historic microphone. During Ryan’s radio show, many callers made remarks to him saying how a big dumbass he was. Ryan defended himself, saying that he loves to collect celebrity memorabilia and he will be using it for his own radio show. Click here to check the auction for yourself

Very unattractive right? To increase more clicks and make it more attractive, I usually mask up the affiliate link. This is how I do it:

Using these tricks will definately boost your monthly earnings. The more you write about eBay auctions, the more pages your site will be indexed in the search engines. Keep posting and give it time and you will notice your earnings will start to grow.
